Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, parts, and tags.
- Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
- You must contact us before returning an item.
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.
If the return is due to an error on our part or you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, SonicBeat will cover the return delivery cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using an available refund method. For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Original delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
